Anectdotal Brag: In the '70's I was working for an attorney who helped publish a Miller book & invited me to his publishing party for him. I was SOOO excited. Being all about the 'revolution' then I was wearing 5" cork platform shoes that made me 6'1", early punked spiked hair ala Todd Rungren, & a sheer white silk blouse that tied behind my neck in scarves trailing to my but in low riding tight belled levis. So I get to meet Henry Miller towering over him shaking - He looks me up & down &up & says -"Nice!" One word so richly voiced I can still hear his deep resonation. There isn't a Feminist that would not have Quivered....
